Since 1964 Maurizio Nannucci has been investigating the complexities of language, visual images and urban space. Nannucci is known for his works that use neon to interpret pre-existing architectural spaces and re-define empty rooms. Maurizio Nannucci¹s works has been shown in more than three hundred exhibitions in museums and art galleries world wide including The Bronx Museum of Art NY, Scottsdale Museum of Art, AZ, MOCA Helsinki, and musée d´art moderne et contemporain, Geneva. Nannucci has participated several times in the Documenta Kassel, as well as in the Biennals of Venezia, Sydney, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, and Valencia.
